Booking Cancellations
There are times when you may need to cancel your trip. It is always better to inform us as early as possible. And you can reach us easily through email or by phone. It is important to remember that cancellation charges will depend on the package chosen and the time left before the journey.
Refund Process
There are refunds that can be full and there are refunds that may be partial, depending on how early you cancel. It is our promise that once your cancellation is confirmed, the refund process will begin quickly. And usually within 7–10 working days, the amount reflects back in your account. It is also our rule that refunds are always made to the same payment method used at the time of booking.
Non-Refundable Situations
There are circumstances where refunds cannot be given. It is when the booking has been partially used. It is when the cancellation is done too close to the travel date. And it is also when unexpected events such as weather, landslides, or government restrictions affect the trip.
Modifications and Rescheduling
