General
- Manali Tour Packages has been serving travelers since 2008 and provides customized holiday packages for Manali and nearby destinations.
- By booking with us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally allowed to make travel reservations.
Booking & Payment
- Bookings are confirmed only after receiving the required advance payment.
- Full payment must be cleared before the start of the tour.
- We accept payments via online transfer, credit/debit cards, or other authorized modes.
- Prices may vary during peak season (summer, Christmas, New Year).
Inclusions & Exclusions
- Package inclusions (hotels, meals, sightseeing, transport) will be mentioned clearly in your itinerary.
- Any additional costs like entry tickets, adventure activities, or personal expenses are not included unless specified.
Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations made 30 days before travel: 80% refund.
- Cancellations made 15–29 days before travel: 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 15 days before travel: No refund.
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after cancellation.
Changes & Modifications
- Any changes to itineraries must be informed in writing at least 7 days before departure.
- We reserve the right to alter itineraries due to weather, road conditions, or government restrictions for safety reasons.
Liability
- While we ensure safe and comfortable services, Manali Tour Packages is not responsible for delays, accidents, or losses caused by weather, natural calamities, or third-party services (like hotels, airlines, or transport providers).
- Travelers are advised to take personal travel insurance for added safety.
Travel Documents
- Guests must carry valid ID proofs (Aadhar, Passport, Driving License, etc.).
- For Rohtang Pass or special permits, travelers must provide documents in advance.
Privacy
Your personal information shared with us is safe and handled as per our Privacy Policy. We never sell or misuse customer data.
Governing Law
All bookings and disputes are subject to the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of Himachal Pradesh courts.
